Privacy policy
The short version: I collect only what you choose to send, I use it only to reply, and this site doesn’t track you.

Who I am
Lightstack is a one-person web studio run by Thomas Walz in Brooksville, Florida. If you have a question about this policy, email hello@lightstackhq.com.
What the contact form collects
When you send a message, the form collects:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name and phone number, if you add them
- Your message
The form is delivered by Formspree, which passes your message to my inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being sent by a person and not a spam bot. It doesn’t use cookies to track you.
How I use it
I use what you send only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run your project. I don’t sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Booking a call
If you book a call, the scheduling service collects your name, email, and the time you pick so it can set up the meeting and send reminders. I use those details only for the call.
The free website checkup
The website address you enter is sent to Google’s PageSpeed Insights to run the test. I don’t store it, and it isn’t linked to you.
Analytics and cookies
This site doesn’t set cookies. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, it uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count visits without identifying you or following you across other websites.
Deleting your information
You can ask me to see or delete anything you’ve sent. Email hello@lightstackhq.com with “Delete my information” in the subject. I’ll delete your messages and booking details and let you know when it’s done.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
